WHERE CAN I TAKE MY CBDMD ORDER TO BE RETURNED?

If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your cbdMD order to your nearest FedEx shipping location. If you purchased a cbdMD product from a retail location, please follow the store’s return policy.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.

Love our CBD products but want a more affordable option to pay over time? Now you can buy cbdMD products with Sezzle! What’s Sezzle, you ask? It’s a payment system that lets you pay for your order in installments – with no interest. Here’s how it works:

At checkout, select Sezzle as your payment method.
Create a Sezzle account, or if you already have one, log in to your account.
Sezzle will do a soft credit check to approve the transaction.
You’ll pay 25% of the cost up front.
Sezzle will automatically charge the rest in three more 25% installments over the next six weeks.
So long as the payments are made on time, no interest or transaction fees will be charged.

With that said, Sezzle doesn’t automatically approve every transaction – if you have insufficient funds in your account, or a previous failed payment that hasn’t been paid off, Sezzle will decline to pay.
